I sent you a PM Cocky, in part i also mentioned this ISEO. I ask here also, because ithink some others are wondering too.
The ISEO expired 21 days ago, i can assume the reason we're still waiting is because Scott was in Vegas, but when can we expect those options to be excercised / terminated ?
I need to know this because it's quiet relevant to my ISE-EDS pricing.
Thank you.

I am back from the Vegas trip and things have calmed down.
What exactly are we wait for from me?

Basically, those options expired on 1/1/2010. Normally those who forgot to excercise them before expiration would have gotten either a "forced excercise" (if cash on account available is there) or they would simply be removed.
There is now still ~196k unexcercised, expired options.
The reason your name came up is because you're the major holder (and btw you acquired all of these only few weeks before expiration), so I was assuming Cocky was waiting for you, but if we're not then we're waiting for Cocky. (either way you should decide what to do with those asap).

Well the options have expired, so I guess the wait is for you to exercise them if you plan too (probably not considering its cheaper to buy from the market). Otherwise they should be halted as the term is over, maybe sell them again with a new purchase/strike price.

That would actually constitute a breach of contract.
Either they are to be excercised at 3.25 L$ / share or they are to be "destroyed". New options with new purchase/strike price may be issued. But those new options would first have to be created, and then sold to investors, we can't change current options contracts, that would be just wrong. ![]()
